What a daft thing to say. English people are just like other races. We sometimes have to go away to school or remote places to work. If what you said was true then no English marriage or relationship would work. If a couple are seperated they will usually phone the other once a day and sometimes more or chat via MSN or exchange emails. It is true that some English people can't be trusted to be faithful when they are seperated but that might also be true of some other nationalities?
