How to be a good foreign trader

In today's highly developed and toughly competitive society,communication with foreigners is increasingly frequent.As a communicative method,English is more and more important. When you write a e-mail or talk a telephon,or chat with others through MSN or SKYPE, perhaps you would find your lack of English.
But most of persons said,it's so hard to grasp a foreign language such as English.others would say, they never received high education in univercity,also, others would put forward some factors like these. But in my opinion,there is few excuse and difficulty once you decided to do a thing.You could do everything only if you insist.
As a communicative method,English does not pursue flowery words ,the mostimportant thing you should do is how can you make yourself clear,how can you make others understand what you express.In order to achieve this purpose,we should note items as follows:
1.a good command of standard modern English
2.all kinds of social knowledge
3.in-depth technical knowledge
4.knowledge of various culture
In the final analysis,as i mentioned just now,if you want to use English well, you must regard yourself as a foreigner,put yourself into an English environment.
The operating system installed on my computer is English version,i don't think that is not a good idea,because it help me establish a good language environment. then i can gain more choice to touch English.One of my friends said that English like your girl/boy friend,you must touch her/him every day,if not ,you will forget. So i may give you my suggestion,you may keep in close touch with your gf or bf by various ways.for example,keep reading paper,writing a mail in English,chatting with your friends through internet,listening to the programs such as VOA and so on.
some people complained that English writing is so hard,because sometimes they could hardly translate into English properly.But i can say,every language has its own features,for Chinese students,English is a foreign language,it is not easy for them to effectively and accurately use proper words and sentences in writing.Some of them trend to write in Chinese first,then translate what they wrote into English.But in this way the expression will appear to be stiff and awkard.So you had better learn to think and write directlyin English and draft an outline before writing.
