I installed the TradeManager and would like to use it, but I can not log in with this item



I can log in on Alibaba, but not with the TradeManager... They tell me there, I were not a Alibaba member, what is not true... What can I do? Is there anyone, who can help me?

The manager only want to have the ID-Number and not the e-mail address or the nickname...


I hope I could help everyone, who has the same problem as me. Buy the way - the ID everyone received with the very first confirmation e-mail...
