Your total purchases USD350K definitely is an attractive Order, later you reviewed your orders were done in few of fund wire amounts and dates (maybe within 1 month or over a year ?), without signing any contract, and last order you paid was USD70K still do not receive your goods, you claimed being ripped off USD350K in your subject topic ? Inside details is actually USD70K. How come ? Are you undermine Alibaba members' English comprehension? Again, it is very difficult for others to understand your question without your supplier details, goods details, no contract sign, no delivery lead-time details, thus, it is very confuse for others, I am not sure how others could answer you precisely, comment or advise or even attempt to assist you ? At this instance, frankly, your question either could be a true one or it is a make up one. Maybe you are doubtful why and what is happening to your supplier having problem ship to you the last order after few shipments done? Or you do not want to review your full details in case they are on the way ship to you ? Or other reasons ?
Since you posted your question in 01 July 2008 being 2 months till now, I am sure a lot of Alibaba members including me would like to know more about this case and wish to share your valued experience. Please follow up.

The purpose of this forum is to share experience or ask for advice. You post your question here but you simply ignore those who care about what happened to you. For this action, I really doubt that you do have a genuine problem.
For my understanding of above, you have sent USD350K and you have received goods worth USD280K. And there is a shortage of USD70K worth amount of goods. So, questions :
- since there is no contract involved, is that your own one way wishes that the total quantity would be more than you receive?
- what kind of business you are doing here? who would paid such a big amount and didn't ask for a formal agreement?
- how old are you? if you are mature enough or have working experience, you should have known many different payment terms, such as L/C.
After reading 5 pages of replies, I do not expect you to reply to me. If you do got ripped off, I'm sorry for your lost. If you already settle the case with the factory, please let us all know about it. But if the story is a made up one, I hope the moderator will mark your ISP and block you from coming back to Alibaba.

Oh to answer your question, I dont think you have much of a chance unless they are slow in fuilling your order or you have access to green tong men to hire them and go put pressure on them then you get it from both.

I think no contrast is normal, I do business with buyer without any contrast. because it is depending on the credit of the boss or the company.

Which country are you from , have you filed any complain with the chinese embassy in your country.
