Hi Nick,

Firstly,i think it is better check the company whether a real company and whether they have real factory and certificate of the company. If they are a big company, maybe they meet some problem, and will contact you after a few days .

If they are a cheater , just go to the import and export chamber of China to prosecute that company.

Wish will be okay.

Regards

I also asked some of my friends, just have two ways to deal with this problem:

1. contact Indonesia chamber of commerce

2.contact toindonasian embassey and show them all comunication and meet the trade commissonor  there ,may be need report the embassy in Indonesia country with copy of comunitaton with u r bank swift transfer copy

The second one is better maybe.  Just for your reference. Wish some others could give a better way to reduce your lost.

Regards

Sorry to hear about you plight , mate. I don't think there is anything you can do about it. Curruption is still widespread over there. Even if you go to the police a few thousand rupiahs will get him off the hook.

Take it as a learning experience. The fact is that you paid for 10 prams and that is not really a big quantity so I am sure it is not the end of it all. It may be damming but like I said look elswhere, mate.  China do have a lot of these products and they are not costly.

By the way, I don't think any mufacturers would be interested in selling you just 10 prams unless you are a local trader or retail shop.

Thanks 7-Class I don’t think there is much more that can be done. I tried to contact the Indonesian embassy and I just keep getting a message bank and they never return my call [em4]

This was all the money I had to start my small business as I am a stay at home Mum of 2 young children. This should not be allowed to happen but since I have been doing some reading on this forum it seems like it is happening a lot [em5]

If their is anything you can find out on the company that would be great but I don’t think I will get my money back [em8]

The company is

Name:Centrobabystroller also seen as PT. Centrobabystroller

Owner: (Scammer) Amelda Bachtair

phone: 0011 62 22 70875920 mobile +62 87821682231

Thank you kindly

Nicole

Send an email to Alibaba customer/buyer service, check their web page for "Term of Use". May it will help. I really hate these scammers[em5], it nearly happen to me in ebay, fortunately, they helped me in final moments to discover the fraudster.
