Quoting from [Leosun]:
To kill or be killed in the "war" is the same like we run our business, agree or not?
In a way you can be right, but not to the extreme. Let me explain.
Business is all about competition, and when it boils down to two people or groups being in the same type of business with each other, there will always be feelings of animosity. Friends become enemies in business, there can not be the same level of trust, if you do, you will be the loser.
Business people operate like the military, sending people to spy on the enemy, to steal their customers and bad-mouth them so as to win favours from the customers or prospects.
However, there are businesses which compliment each other, and for this kind of colaboration, you are wrong to say that it is just like war.
Business management is somewhat more like a human body, and should have a plan or purpose. The body has different organs like the eyes that see and has the vision for the corporation, the ears that hear the instructions and rules of dos and donts and the mouth that speaks of what the body can do for others, that is to promote itself, or advertise.
The hands that work to do the production of the merchandise so to sell them to the customers for a revenue income to buy food to feed the body. The brain to make decision, to be the software for the hardware to work, the research and development of better products, to be a cutting edge over the others.
Sometimes it could be war, but not the actual fighting, but the fight to gain dominance over the market, to beat the others for a win in the project, and to be a market leader. The ultimate aim is to kill the enemy so you can be the only survivor.
