Payment-Cost/charges, who has to pay for it?
Refer to the "Payment-Cost" which ever it is, (could be Escrow, Pay Pal, Banks or agent)

To Whom that the charges, fee, commission etc would be chargeable ? Buyer or Seller?

     Ok now , Mike/Davadi/Lulu

How we gonna arrange it ? give us the implementing of it.

We add it on the invoice and let the buyer know, or no need to tell them ?

Or  we make clear confirmation to buyer first ?

     how we do ?  thanks

The payment is to be done by the buyer and this will be included as a cost of buying.

Then the buyer will do a markup of the sales Price including the costs associated in buying/Importing the products.

That is know as Overhead cost.

For those who make payment they should calculate the cost first then choose the cheapest considering all costs involved to buy a product.

I feel that the cost should be met by the Buyer.

well Andy Boy,  and all the audiences,  understand with your point of view.

In fact, what ever the payment are, for every payment of A/R = account receivable through any

institution or service agents, there are always a cost/fee that chargeable to the beneficiary's

account, especially for foreign currency conversion/exchange in International trades.

Please overview/find out to your accounting or book-keepers about these whenever you got

payment from overseas via any of either ones.
