I live in China and have a company in Hong Kong from which I sell electronics, mostly Mp4 players.

Now I also want to sell as wholesale and ship out aprox. 30-50 MP4 players per shipment/Order. Then problem is though that I do not have an export licence in China as I dont have anything registered in China. It is not possible to use manufactures license as the products in each shipment are of various products from different suppliers.

EMS who I currently use for shipping out products, can not ship out when it is larger quantities like 20 pcs so here is the question :

1. Is there any courier company in China who can ship to mainly Europe and the US  with out need of a export License ?
2. I heard you can buy a license for each shipment. Is that from a freight forwarder and how much will it cost. ( the percentage of the value )
3. Anyone have a idea how to do the setup.
