Holcim, Cemex, Lafarge are some of the big names. Many of them have long term contracts and are less likely to engage a newcomer like you. The mandate holders offer their allocation to buyers. As Germex said, the freight cost is very heavy nowadays almost 50-200% of the FOB price based on distance. You have to be careful to select the suppliers as majority of the Internet based offers are unrealistic.

Cement is a common comodity world wide and asking for most reputed supplier is just asking for most reputed bread supplier, the simple solution is buy from nearest factory. i mean nearest from the site where you need cement. if you are looking for cement somewhere in Asia, maybe for Afghanistan, Iraq etc. you should buy cement from Pakistan, and m/s Haroon Impex has all the ability to provide you cement in any quantity at shortest time

Hailuo ,chinese brand , very big company for cement exporting . But per my understanding and knowledge,if you want to import from china , you will have to have certain certificate for that such as SABS .etc. Cement importation is huge task and cost lots of money , you should have a careful consideration here.
