how can we do for the labors?
Post 1 of 3

To request from some members for a topic on labors problem.

It is very difficult to employ workers for factories, a terrible question.Due to the new labor laws, workers become very sensitive and working from one factory to another day by day. And a popular problem happened regularly,  they work just a few days then quit the job, argue with factory for the salary for a few days' work, even to  the labor department of gov. , besides this, there is a lot of labor question.

So, what's your solvement of the problems? such like how to keep the workers in the factory in stead of working just a few days. maybe to have some entertainment, improvement  life of workers, etc.

Your taking part in to this topic would be highly appreciated.

First, the world went to China because of low labour costs in coastal areas. Now, you must move some of your coastal factories to inland China where wages are about 60% less than in SZ and where people really appreciate a job.

One great manufacturing strength of China is several hudred million people in undeveloped areas waiting for the factories to come to them ... which is all good news for future Western consumers.   [em1]

And there should also be a bunch of jobs available to build either roads or train lines to get the goods from the new inland factories to the shipping ports as well!
