MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity.

on this base you give/ get price from a supplier,

some fix costs are distributed on the quantity, if quantity will more then per unit fix cost will be lower. but if buyer order you less than MOQ your cost on which you are giving price wil become higher, and business is not suitable for you.

or need to give new price on that quantity
