I think I was deceived by Gold Suplier. What should I do?
Post 1 of 4
I have ordered 50pcs of Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 original boxed processors. I have made payment in advance and package were sent by suplier. When i've received my package it appers to be old Intel Celeron processors from 2001year oems - meaning i've received proccessors worth nothing. What steps should i take if it is not a mistake, and suplier won't solve the problem by himself??

You are from Poland?

I guess you could contact Andrzej Dry|ba in China, whom is the First Secretary at the Trade and Investment Promotion Section, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland.

Unfortunately, there is very little you can do. Retrieving your money is a hard mission to accomplish. Though I may say that 50 units for a first order with a supplier is a somewhat foolish decision when paying via a non-secure payment method. If the total sum you lost is large, then your best bet is flying over to their country and sorting this out in person. Otherwise, the best you can do is report them to Alibaba, and if your very lucky, they may be taken off Alibaba.

The best thing is to talk with the supplier without any delay and inform him about what you have received. If possible sent the pictures of the parcel in which it mentions his company name along with the merchandise. If he refused then you can go to www.mofcom.gov.cn  and they will suggest you the best thing to do.
