Probably this is a scam which we have discussed on alibaba a long time ago . They donot really have big order on hand and their bottom idea is to try to persuade you to come to China to sign the purchasing order and then tell you to purchase some very expensive gifts for their so called managers here . You may email them directly that we could pay a visit to them once you get 30% down payment for the order they promised and also in your company ,it is not allowed to offer gifts to their managers here . You will know what I mean here then .Good luck !

Before you take further steps to make deal with  this company, tell them your terms and codition of payment.If they agreed to pay advance payment for your products and  they make payment , then you can go ahead. Otherwise, you are just wasting of your time with this company specially companies from China.Because I have faced a lot of problem with chinese copmpanies
