Tika, as to my understanding Ali Pay is not available to westerners and is only used on www.taobao.com which seems to be more of an internal Chinese B2C such as Ebay in the U.S.. It may have changed since my last visit there about a year ago, but that was my understaniding at that time.

to Ranger : I see , thanks for the info, hope that Ali Pay can be the pay pal for the merchandise from China. and no more worries to prospective buyer that need a secure on their payment and the delivery. Whilst for Alibaba's member from china it is a chance to propose it, in order Alibaba could be the guarantor/mediator, to generate the sales transaction. It is especially for SME and No-brand name products. Although it is valid for Tao Bao... it is not close a chance to applied it for ABB's members. If the request and propose are quite a lot, Alibaba may consider it.

Ali Pay is not accept for USD and any other currency now. it can only pay for RMB..Maybe later if it can..

Alipay are just have chinese version. most of them pepole are buying goods from Taobao through this payment.
the handling way like the Ebay . It's easy and safe way for us to buying from website through ALIPAY also.
I have buy many clothes and others from this website. it's safe for me.
