Can anyone tell me how long approx it takes to be verified by Alibaba? Was I correct in understanding its 3-5 days?

I have tried, but they dont answer my e-mails,  and are too busy on Trade Manager. And now they are closed! Been trying last couple of days too.

One day,I clicked trust pass button because I want to learn some knowledge about it,but from that day till now.

EVERYDAY they will send me a mail to ask if I want to join them...Even I have not replied for any mail from them.

I do not know if you are unlucky or me?

I think they are just happy to take our money. Providing customer service they are just not interested. I am so angry with them. If it wasnt such a high profile website i would not even think of buying membership.

It is certainly busines, and that's ok. Problem is, they say that the legal existence, etc. of the company in question has been certified, but that is not true all the times. One of our forum members, Wilhelm, is good at tracking these cases.

The only advantage I can see with trust pass is that you look better and have more "tools" at your disposition. How much advantage is that? I have been putting up my trustpass membership for a year now...

Thats true, it certainly would be an advantage. Anyway, have decided to stay up, its now 2am almost, so I can hopefully speak with them. While im at it i will complain about all the scammers etc etc not that it will make much difference though i am sure...
