                             Now a days we are getting countless enquiries with just two words like "solar panel" and thats all or " wooden flooring" and nothing more.

I know your reply will be to ask buyer more detail but i wanna emphasize that this is wastage of time for both parties. why dont a buyer write in detail what he want to buy, specification, quality certification requirements, quntities and target price(if have) in trading lead or in a sent enquiry.

I request you Alibaba.com working team to restrict least words in buying lead or in an enquiry too .. just 2 words are nothing but to delete that enquiry.

Some importers still avert your question of their size after mails, they just ask you to quote. We could only quote based on our size. For factory, we might  suffer a loss for a estimate of quote. We may lose this customer if we make full sides of estimate of every possible cost and expense, for we quote higher than others.

Some may be new to this line, so they woud like u to recommend. However, I believe most have experience of having dealing in this line.

I totally agree with you.  we are receiving many many inquires like this, they didn't mention how big they need, didn't mention how much they need,   this kind of inquires have to be deleted once they posted.
