They are all wrong....... On January the 26th each year the official capital of Australia is Bondi Beach!
Every other day of the year we let Canberra think they are the capital because there is a severe inferiority complex in that place!
Bonus points for anyone who can tell me WHY Canberra is the capital! (No aussies allowed to answer that!)

Why is Canberra the capital?
It was compromise between the two largest cities (Melbourne / Sydney) during the early 1900's.

correct Rizz..... Neither city was willing to let the other be the capital city so they ended up on the compromise of Canberra which is kinda halfway between the two.
Melbourne /Sydney is an ongoing rivalry.. Of course Sydney is better than Melbourne any day .... Except for the VB and MB
