We just expanding our office in Shenzhen, China; we need to hire more merchandisers in our office as our customers based has grown very fast. We need to hire somebody that have experiences as a merchandiser for at least 2 years. Any suggestion how can I find these kind of workers? I have been subscribing to the major job online websites but the result so minimum.
Any advise?
Most cities in China have a 'ren tsai shi chang' (a kind of talent [labor] market). They hold regular local job fairs but you can apply at any time for information about their listed people. They generally have websites that you can refer to and then you pay a small fee or monthly access fee for access to the contact information for the applicants information of your choice.
The qualifications of applicants vary from laborers through to highly educated and qualified individuals and in a city like Shenzhen you shouldn't have too much trouble tracking down a suitable applicant or two.
One note is that you generally need to provide your business registration certificate to have access to the information as they are government controlled entities.
