What is a House B/L ? is it proof able for delivery-matter ?

If the supplier/seller had shown a House b/l as a delivery-proof and ask payment, is it Ok to proceed the payment approval or not ?

House B/l is a kind of documents issued by the forwarding agent , can not be regarded as the title of the goods and also can not be used to take the goods before it be changed to the master B/l issued by the shipping company.
So if suppliers make tricks or traps , they can easily make one fake house B/l. Unless the forwarding agent is designated by you !

You have to have a legitimate signature from the receiver, it may be on the House b/l...but the signature is the most important!! This is really a legal question, I just own a shipping business.
