Do I need to pay for the exporter fees?

Is there anyone who can tell me: I am an Exporter from Uzbekistan.And was asked to pay a fee several times.Is it normal to pay a fee for the certificate in order to bring my products into a foreign country?

I don't think your question is clear either. Who charges your the fee? What certificate you are talking about? Like CE, Rohs?  Or the requested inspection certificate to apply the Customs when export in your country? [em24]

Usually you need to make customs decleration for your expoert shipment, as well it depends what you are exporting, it may need some kind of certificates, also depends to where you are exporting.

Try to specified your question, to enable others reply in correct way to your question.

I think whether in need of certificate depends on your target market and products category.I just receive a requirement from Russian customer,who needs GOST-R certificate,which is compulsive in Russia.So if we want to make business in Russia,we should pass GOST-R and cost certificate fees.

It is not normal to pay a fee for the certificate  in order to bring your products into a foreign country, this is the first time that i heard that the exporter pay a fee for the certificate in order to bring  ones products into another country.

I am working in a omr scanner and economical computer manufatures .

Sir:

You must be careful, this is not a legal way as an exporter. Your buyer will pay whatever needed documents for their country. Many people pretended to be a buyer and after taking your money they left you nothing.

If they are interested in your products, they will not required you any centavo.

Please be more specific when posting next time.

To answer your questions is as below:

There is no licensing and quotation requirement except for those goods that are covered under export control. Export customs duties were fully abolished.
