How do I make a complaint against a Gold Supplier for stealing my Money?

Fraud, Etc..


The company name is:

They stole $940.00 from me for samples, by sending me crap I did not order. She claims the shipping company sent the wrong order, yeah and I'm really stupid.

When I asked her to take back the phones, she insisted I sell them to get my money back. The are not worth $400.00 retail, a real stupid scam. And the junk does not work. 


But she cheated me. After a lot of complaining and sending about 300 annoying emails to her, she wants me to send the crap back to her, which leaves me with zero. I would not trust sending her nothing.


If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.  It is amazing how many scammers are on Alibaba. Real sad story.  I have dealt with good companies, but these clowns are a real joke and insult.




Can I post the complaint against them on your site or theirs.

i got T5 instead of T32

so its up to u to decide ;)

Dont belive there is alot you can do. Ive been stung twice by scammers. im just too impatient i suppose. I tried contacting tax departments, police, anything in China. Never heard anything. Now i just learnt my lesson and never trade with China again. So many dishonest people. Hope they get what they deserve!

You are right, the dishonest people far outweigh the honest ones. I wont trade with China anymore. It is a waste of time and energy. You have to be a major corporation to deal with them.

I wasted 4 Months trying to develop trade relations.

The time they waste destroying a relationship can be put to better use, like building one or two.

Are there other countrys you consider to be more reliable?

 have been cheated by 3 companies from china thru alibaba they r all gold members u have sent total of 1200 usd and order 2 e90 nokia ,1 canon 5dcamera and 1 nokia 8gb and instead got 1 china copy watch phone .2 china copy cheap phones and 1 n95 china copy :(

Alibaba Trust pass or Gold supplier does not made a company real or Fake .. anyone can get scam and i belive most scam come from these Trustpass companies as every one will belive them.

Put it in your mind you lost the money .... you can not do anything ..

Hi Michael,

Well for me personally i have only tried companies in China, but would much rather stick to companies in Europe & America. Its so much more easier to check up companies. For example in the UK we have companies house website. Just type in the company name or registration number and you get free access to see where they are, last accounts filed, directors name, basically enough info. Or even better, write to the actual manufacturers and say you want to be suppier! =0)

The above posted reply stating; I recieved something from Everest Digital Technology is a fake post. Someone posted it to confuse the issue. Probaly the scammers from Everest DigitalTechnology ( Helen Yuan) or a friend of the scammer.

They are trying to cover themselves by making false postings and to mislead this forum.

The Posting is outlined inRed Font above from someone named Ahmida. It seems that the scammers monitor this Forum. And they make fake replies.

The reply is posted from someone named Ahmida. Are they real ??
