From the previous forms of Nepotism towards meritocracy. We must safeguard our social order with moral rules and prevent us from becoming a society without restraints.


Laws are written for this, to regulate the human social order in the moral standard. We have the monogamy law, where one man is allowed to have one wife at the time. We place an age limit to woman to have sex, so as to implant the social responsibility on her for the consequence of sex.
