Quoting from [Miwell]:

If your clients trust you, any payment method is ok. Personally, I prefer to use western union. T/T, paypal are optional.[em17]

Never, never, never use Western Union for business. It is for transferring money to relatives, not for business. Anyone who says differently is probably a scammer themselves.

sorry, but i do not agree with you. we have customers pay us by T/T advance and Western union and money gram and so on...that because they trust us and we have long time business relations and these payments fast and cheap.customers like them also...

but for new customers, we advice the payment should be L/C better.. Trust is from both, if you do not trust your suppliers and your suppliers and they can not trust you also..then we will chose the third protection .

business have risks but i think their are really business man who faithfull and sincerely. fortunately  our customers are these kind of people..so do i ..i think.

of course , we need third partner to help us many times, please visit the website www.trust-offce.co,   you'll get more help if you need.

Far more I'm concerned,to buyers,Paypal is the safest payment term.Using Paypal, one can ask the supplier for an Paypal invoice to verify whether the supplier is an authorised company or not.what's more,if there are quality problems with the products or you receive nothing after pay,you can report to Paypal and if the supplier don't solve the problem for you several days later(around a week),your money will get back to your account.

Using T/T and money gram are too too slow.It needs about a week or even more for the payment to go to the supplier. And it is really boring when fetching money from money gram,it will take you four hours to stand in the line[em10].Using western union is fast enough but the charge seems a little high[em4]--in my opinion.Using T/T,money gram,Western union, you can do nothing if you can't receive the package after pay. So,if the supplier is not trusted, better not to use these payment terms.[em1]

Then what about stand on the side of a supplier?I'm a supplier,I like Paypal and western union best.It takes fewer time to wait for the payment to come[em2].

But to be honest, the western union is the suppliers' favorate payment term.It save time and with no adventure.I've had a problem by using Paypal---we sent our products to a customer and  can't get the money,I've post a question topic on the China forum.Wish there will be someone who can help me to solve the problem[em4].

Then I must suggest the author. To be a top supplier, you must be honest enough then to get the reliance of your customers. Then all payment terms will be all the same to you.[em10]
