Well for me personally i don't mind if i am dealing with a man or a woman. They both have advantages and dis-advantages. On certain business i find women are better as they pay more attention to details and will remind you of anything that you may have forgotten or missed. On the other hand men are more direct and when it comes to technologies based business they appear to have better understanding.
This just based on personal experience and encounters. Not to say that all are the ones I have met or dealt with.
Anway, just wanted to get other's opinions on this.
Stick to advantages and disadvantages only. Please don't get personal on this one.

Hi Remus,
This is Marta, the asian girl who needed some help. You replied to my post and offered me advice if I needed it from you. Well, I'd really appreciate any advice you can give me but, how can I keep in touch with you? Could we e-mail each other? here's my e-mail mendomarta@yahoo.com Thanks for your time and hope you have a great day! oh btw, I think the advantages of working with business women is that they are more honest and considerate, and business men are just stronger and more confident =)

I feel most buyers would think that some sales girls might not have the spec/in depth product detail, production methords, and maybe think that the male sales person would know more on this scale.
Most of the people i deal with the males know more about the main points of the business and the products, but i have seen some females in strong roles in China, and in UK also worked for female boss, and she was very confident and strong!.
The other reply here said about "confidence and strong" but confidence we can learn and to be strong this can be shown with confidence, you don't have to show strength by means of muscles, the way a person looks and acts would make the on lookers act differently.
