Do NOT send this money. The whole thing is a scam used by African scammers to get money from you.The documents they send you are all forgeries.


This is the way they operate by promising you big orders, and then telling you that you have to pay some fee to some government department. You will NEVER get an order from them, they will just keep asking you for more and more money.

 

Dear friend, Grigo is right, be carefull !! There are a lot of Ministry in Africa.

If you need to check his position you could ask at yours CCI ( International Chamber of Commerce ) about this fee or to the Cameroon's embassy in your country.

Besides if you need to export yours goods in Cameroon maybe you have a costumer there?

If yes this fee have to be on his charge and surely you will use the L/C terms for the payment. 

If you don't have a client why you have to pay this fee  ???
