Seems  all:  Resources admin,  admin,  moderator,  etc  always  quote  UCP,  then  most of us  do not have  it ?  espcl  SME  community  and the  beginners in it.

The rules regarding the working of the letters of credit are based on the 39 articles of UCP 600. If you are dealing with LCs, you should have a fair idea of its provisions and also of ISBP, ICC Publication No. 681.

 I have a copy of UCP 600 the english version for anyone that wants it.  However you must contact me either thru trade manager or my signature promotion line.  If you need it in your own language I would do as Catalyst has mentioned in other posts.  Also any commercial bank where you open a Letter of Credit will have a copies of it.

that the UCP (like all other publications of the International Chamber of Commerce) is a copyright material. 

While sharing the UCP, ISBP, URR, URC etc. privately, this point should be kept in mind.

Posting them on this site for the benefit of the members would not be possible. Hope folks understand.
by  One Uni :  It  shud  do somrthing  to get  the  copy right  !??.
  .In Global spirit  trade Era,  an  International  issues and  should  be followed of  an UCP  yet still as Copy rights !?!  we are in global trade and  playing the game,  which need rules and  how we play "safe & good trade" if  do not know the rules UCP ? 

IT IS MUST  BE  PUBLISHED  !  Let  them Know it  and  get  Due Diligent  !

Tika, It has been published.  But the ICC holds those publishing rights as well as to the many books they offer on their website.  You and all others should be able to get a copy from any commercial bank that provides your banking services for business.

Actually if not offered by your bank freely the cost is about $7.00USD a piece for UCP600/eUCP
