Why Women Gladly Date Ugly Men (And Probably Even Prefer Them)?

It's a pretty well known fact that most women - attractive women - will happily date ugly men. We see it on TV -- in shows like King of Queens, though I would probably argue that Kevin James is kind of a stud, and really, that's exactly the point I plan on making-- and we see it in our friends.

There are plenty of studies on this strangely anti-Darwinian phenomenon - studies which I think don't answer the question as well as I, with my oh-so-steadfast opinions, can, do, and will.

So let's talk about this. Let's talk about what exactly is wrong with these conventionally attractive men, and let's talk about what is right about these, well, conventionally un-attractive men.

It probably all starts with defining what is "attractive"... from a woman's point of view. You already mentioned the "stud" criteria, and there might be more.

It happens at here too and I even ask my girl friends about it and most of their responds is almost the same. There's other things that attract them though, maybe characteristic, attitude, and etc...

Woman at different stage had they own preference and it vary. One thing is handsomne guy make them feel really unsecure.

I am afraid that if women only go for handsome men, then more then 50% of the world population would not exist today and you and me won't be here wrestling over this forum.

God indeed work in a mysterious way. How a women find men attractive is beyond comprehension. It could be character, it could be charisma, or it could be simply love.

You know, I really love the Sha Pei dog, and I know lots of women who find little piggy wonderfully cute. It a matter of taste. Thank God for it.

Women often look for a certain "stability" in a man. And ugly men don't tend to "run around". That could be one of the reasons.

So all the guys who get rejected can comfort themselves an realize that they are very good looking.

I guess Plastic Surgery is an option but I don't  suggest it .

I think love is one of the most  mysterious things in the world that arranged by the God beforehand, in advance, I mean. Someone mentioned Sha pei Dog, but I don't think the love is the same kind as a woman's love for the a man, although he may appeared ugly  Love should be persistent and deep, not shallow and superficial. But sometimes we're so confused at the definition of being handsome or attactive. By the way, I only doing business with Japanese, not personal relationship, as I get hurt emotionally before. I don't want to trust anymen anymore.
