I've seen post where people commented how it's perfectly within your right to sue a chinese company for faulty goods/services. I haven't heard any stories about companies being succesful through the courts though. Do you have any stories?

Usually,international lawsuit takes very long time.And most cases have been sovled before hold the court.

In fact,lawsuit is just like a pressure for supplier to enforce them,but not a real efficient way.
