Can anyone refer a leather handbag manufacturer to make my bags in Argentina? The one that I contacted at www.leathergaucho.com in Argentina wasn't my preference to do business with. They charged me for their samples, their sewn goods when they shouldn't have.

You want free samples? Genuine leather handbags are expensive. You should pay for samples unless your place a big order.
In China, samples are even more expensive than market price. But if you place a big order, the cost of samples will be refund to you.
