Well I make a payment of about 6,000 USD , for all the perfumes , And Ms. Alice Hong give me an Tracking Number , with EMS , but , when I check the package on website says , that the package goes from YUYAO to another city then it return to YUYAO , and I contact her and I talk with her and she tell me that the package has been returned , because of problems with china customs , Well Now I try to contact her via , Mail , MSN Phone and nothing I Cant contact her , She doesnt respond my mails , even on MSN she block me , Because I have she added on my 2 MSN .


I need help please , I need to know what can I do . Or who can help me with this case .

You can't be serious, did you really expect to get brand name perfumes from China?  This is not possible.  Chinese goverment and their customs department is taking alot of heat over companies trying to export fake designer goods.

if your being blocked and you have no other information on the company or sent payment via Western Union the money is gone.  If you sent via T/T you at least have a tie to a bank account.  You could file a police report if you know some one that can file it that speaks Chinese.  Even so the likelyhood of getting your money back is slim and none.

There is no need to look any further. You have been scammed.

As for the EMS tracking to go from one place and back again is more common than you think. Only few big companies, for arguement sake we call this company A. Company A can get discount from the shipping giants like UPS, Fed-Ex even EMS because they can move 10000 of thousands of packages.  Company A then service company B and and company C by offering them a smaller discount. Company B and C then looks for client who need shipping and get an order. So company B and C must now use company A account to send because Company is the real player and company B and C are just agents. Company A is locate in Changsha, but company B is located in guangzhou. Therefore on the tracking information is will show as going from guangzhou to changsha, then back to guangzhou before leaving the country for oversea.

This explain why you see funny tracking activities. But as for branded perfume you are definitely conned because anything from oversea costs more in China. Hong Kong sell cheaper branded perfume than China. Even if you do end up getting your perfume they are fakes.

I was also scammed by this company- when did you send the money? I warned Alibaba about this company In March of 2008 and they have refused to shut them from their website yet they claim no responsibility.  My common rip-off story is below.  I have since met someone else who was scammed by them after I told Alibaba.  I am not the first nor the last person to complain to Alibaba- I am trying to get people scammed from this company (or other companies on Alibaba) to file a class action suit against Alibaba not because they are responsible for the obvious fraud by Veiai but because they have chosen to ignore the many complaints from buyers around the world.  If they had shut them off their site before when people first complained, I would not be here.  If they would have shut them down after I complained in March 2008, you and others would not be in this sad and devastating situation.

I sent money $2402 on 1/15/08 to Alicia & I have been given the run around & ignored ever since. I have complained to Alibaba & even though they claim they are not responsible for any "fraud" committed on their site, they need to have some accountability. I have asked them at the very least to suspend Veiai Group's membership until my matter is resolved. Alibaba has not replied since I advised them of this scam on 3/1/08. If they do not handle this in the way they (Alibaba)should be sued. They are misrepresenting their Gold Suppliers and saying that they have Trustpass profiles when they can get away with stealing thousands of dollars from unsuspecting customers. I have had a couple of transactions with Veiai prior to this bad one & although they took a long time- I still viewed them as an honest company- largely because of their Goldsupplier status. But now after ignoring my calls & e-mails- it is obvious they are shady & Alibaba is just as shady if they do nothing about it. If there is any legal person or group of people who want to file a class action suit- let me know- I'm totally up for it- DON'T BUY FROM VEIAI OR DO BUSINESS THROUGH ALIBABA UNLESS THEY MAKE CHANGES TO ADDRESS CONSUMER FRAUD- MY E-MAIL IS playgroundtoys@yahoo.com

First of all, please report this to Alibaba workers. I think that they might have that company's record.

Secondly, please find out the exact address of that company you dealt with, report this issue to the local police.
