Hi Everyone,
I have recently started to learn new things about trading business. I am very much interested in setting up business in Crystal. This is also my first time using Alibaba.com to help me in this new business idea.
1) If I am a seller who would like to purchase Crystal and sell online, when purchase Crystal from China trader, do I need to show registered company name?
(Because usually selling online like in eBay does not require company name if for auction)
2) I understood that to ship in to China, there is some tax charges. What about if we ship the products out from China to Singapore? Do I need to pay for the government tax?
3) I am a Malaysian who are thinking to set up online auction business in Crystal, is there any specific document that I need to bring during the trade? Will the China custom required me to show any business document?
4) Is there any webpage that I could refer to with more information on the rules that I need to follow as trader?
Thank you in advanced for your reply.

Congratulations to you,my last job is in a 3D laser company whom sell laser machine and crystal for 3D human face.So I think there is no other one know more than me in crystal field![]()
1,of course you need a register company name.Do not mix Ebay with international trade.Compare with Real international trade, ebay is just a small reselling business in very low quantity. So there will be no duties,as there is no duties,so there wound not need company names.
2,While import goods from China, you need to pay custom duty and VAT(in your country)
3,China custom will not require any documents from you, only your custom will require documents from you.
4,I think this place is good enough now, read them first with patient, you will get a lot.
Take care.
