I always feel very uncomfortable while speaking of  myself ,especially when I was forced to descibe my personality in a job interview.They always ask what do you think  of yourself?And the standard answer will be "I think I am a diligent , brave, responsible....person" Since I was a child , I was taught to be like that and answer like that if you want to got the job.

I feel guilty, when I have to answer like that.Take an example. Actually  I found myself as a kind of lazy,but I still finish my every jobs.But I still can't claim myself diligent , right? 

I am wondering is there anyone has a same feeling as I have?Everytime when I say brave, responsible,aggressive...,I also wonder what are them. I always feel upset and lost after a job interview.I am a liar, right? What shall I do ?

My suggestion........Start your own business and You conduct the interviews. That's what I had to do.

No interview No Job.

          No job No money.

          No money No business.

Are you a newcomers to the working community? It used to happens to me, but now after various types of interview, I had become familiar with it and automatically can answer everything without problem.

So i think it is easy to answer all these questions above in job interview. I feel nothing guilty bcz i;m hornest in all my interviews. I told the employers what i can do exactly and what i'm lacking of , so hornest and sincerely is the key points in all interviews. I like job interview,i like that feeling, i like to communicate with the HR person, that's great experience.

I also to to start my own business, but risk bigger than benifit,so everything is not ready,i just have to wait.

and waiting is also an excellent experience in all my life so when i feel everything is in my hand ,i will do some thing special! so to be a employor is a depress but what you must do it @!

I do agree with you !!! So i always fail in job interviews, but i still insist that  the disadvantage is as important as brave,responsible,aggressive......

this is the way you have to be, you may have some virtue or advantage ,you can stress your virtue in a interview , say litte about you weakness, if you a not brave but responsible , you can say you are responsible but don't say you are not brave.
