I always feel very uncomfortable while speaking of  myself ,especially when I was forced to descibe my personality in a job interview.They always ask what do you think  of yourself?And the standard answer will be "I think I am a diligent , brave, responsible....person" Since I was a child , I was taught to be like that and answer like that if you want to got the job.

I feel guilty, when I have to answer like that.Take an example. Actually  I found myself as a kind of lazy,but I still finish my every jobs.But I still can't claim myself diligent , right? 

I am wondering is there anyone has a same feeling as I have?Everytime when I say brave, responsible,aggressive...,I also wonder what are them. I always feel upset and lost after a job interview.I am a liar, right? What shall I do ?

Tell them as you are or ask them a question such as: "accept wrong person or deny right person, are these problems with you; if yes what seem to be more?"

There are al kind of people in this world. There are introverts and there is also  extroverts. Most introverts don't like to be interview. The ratio is 50:50, so don't feel bad about it.

A good interviewer will make a good manager, so don't worry too much about your performance, of course it is important to impress, but more important, most employer want loyal, honest and sincerely worker.

The extrovert have their job domain so does the introvert, don't pretent and you will not end up in a wrong job situation that is ultimately going to make you feel uncomfortable.

And may I say, not all lazy people, lack diligent. It is precisely that there is so many lazy people that the creativeness of human race come into play. We lazy people will invent thing that make life easier for us. We lazy people will also try to be most efficient so that we don't get to spent too much time on a job.

So lazy people are not necessary useless people.

Fact that you raise this issue in this forum means you are a responsible person. And I will say, also a brave person. Anyway, this traits or criteria will not be noticeable until situation arises that call for you to be such (brave and responsible). The recent Sichuan earthquake prove that many of the younger generation are actually very noble people, brave ans responsible as well.

I am also a introvert and everyday, until this day, I am still trying to learn to be confident and assure of myself. Just don't give up and condemn yourself.
