before your make trading with somebody, pay attention to their website, contact details, ask for their feedback. Me, personal, make bussines only with companies wich are gold members, and not free mebers. Just be careful selecting your partners.

most gold trust and gold members are good but Alibaba is selling this title in China, any company provide legal documents and pay the money can get this title. being careful in business is always the best solution to prevent scamming. the best way is to find a good person as your agent in local.

       if you don't know the e-mail address,you can call them to ask e address,you need to ask them why they don't send to you,if the reason is a lie.you tell them you will get a fair from them

Cut your lose and move on...there is nothing you can really do about it. Even if there was the cost would be too high and time wasted.

Post the company and contact name so others can avoid this company or person.

Dear Sir,

if you are dealing with any other supplier from the same country then there is a little bit chance to survive ur money. if you have a goog relationship with your supplier then its great  send a email to him abt your problem in a good format and tell him all the detials. if he agreed to help atleast he can get the details of the that company easily or may be there is any Goverment office of import export trade of the that country that can sort the stitutation. if you did'nt get your money back hope they can take the required action and the others can save by your effort.

Okay where is the product coming from? Did you sign a contract?  How did you pay for it? I need these answers so that I can better answer your question. Dependin g o the country and how you paid is the answer.
