Everytime I send my quote out to my customer, they will reply that they will contact me soon. But almost a month go over, they didn't contact me at all.

They are not good customers , and they are not serious just leave them alone...

It happens all the time. Maybe they found a better rates? Maybe they are busy? Or maybe they are not in the position to import YET?
Try again... It doesn't come easy...
