Can anyone please help me with all the rules to export to USA from India. Any one has any good websites for that, then please let me know.

As for importing into the US, the simplest method would be to have your US buyer arrange that on his end.  However, a good start would be to go here:

The "Importing into the United States" document is 214 pages. ;> If your customer can call his local Customs office that may save money and time. Your buyer can locate that office by the port the goods will arrive at. Links are here:

VVRao- For the U.S. side suggest your importer to hire a Custom House Broker unless your importer is an experienced importer.
