Printing may not amount to much but you can still blow a lot of money or save the odd dollar or two by choosing the right printer for your office.
If you don't require much color printing in the office i would suggest people to buy a dedicated printer for color printing and a separate black and white printer. High end Xerox printers are great but it costs a lot of money and you need to be commited to paying the price (at least 5 years in USD100/month installment payment for our color printer).
MY TIP
If your a small to medium sized trading firm and not sure what type of printer you should be getting i would encourage you go to the nearest bank and look at what they use. Banks generally dont do alot of color printing but they need to print out quite a lot of black and white A4 size documents.
