Does anybody know how to find real cement seller/trader, who would provide  prove of having cement, on Alibaba or if anybody  can recommend a  company that they dealt with in a past  ?

For buying real cement, you need to be real buyer. I have come across, 99% Internet buyers looking for 50- 80 USD CIF ASWP for making huge profit when the real market price is so high and remember the freight rates sometimes will be higher than the cement. Don't follow the CIF ASWP price list sent by the so called sellers. All cement factories have been booked by the mandate holders and they can not entertain you. Most mandates do not send samples or allow you to visit the factory to avoid bypassing. May be, there are some exceptions. For signing contracts , you have to visit the seller to assess him and for more details, you can contact me via TM.

In last 3 month of working with sellers and getting as far as getting POP from them, we never saw real cement. None of those sellers, as verified by my bank, had any relationships with the manufacturer and never sold any cement. Can’t understand the point of this scam. What are they doing with all those LOIs and  noLCs that they are getting from buyers?  And if the trader has a manufacturer quota and you can’t buy cement directly from manufacturer why can’t the seller show you the prove of it?

It is the pity of bulk commodity trade especially urea, cement, Brazilian ore and copper cathode, people offer prices of 3-4 years old. The buyers are usually the intermediary who want to make huge profit at market price by selling to the real buyers. 99% of brokers and agents, sellers on the Net are usually doing this, majority by ignorance- they clearly know the retail price in their country. Some try to get L/c out of ignorance and some for using this to finance their needs.

Allocation letter copy, past BL and our intuition can only safeguard you. For all these things, find out if your buyer is the actual buyer with bank capacity and good understanding of the market.

My buyer is as real as he can be, currently buying directly from Holcim and paying top dollar for it but gets the service he wants. On the other hand all Alibaba sellers/traders don’t even have domain name registered to them, phone numbers to contact them or even a physical address.  The only answer you get when you ask for a proof of anything is” it is confidential”… So as you said only with our  intuitions.

In a couple of days i'll post a list of all the USA cement sellers that claim to have cement but none of them did ( its up to 26 now )

If the buyer is real (of course the freight charge is workable, I mean the final destination is somewhere close) and financially strong, you can ring the bell.

I am seeing this forum of cement, because  I thought that probably I could search in my country, if is possible in my province a real cement seller.

You see, I am working in buy gl parts from China for the factory of my brothers. I done it well and the suppliers of China is very honest people, for this reason I thought in the last day, wich other trade I could afford by internet.

I thought in Cement.

I can tell you that I will contact with the cement factories of my province and of my country later, if it is neccesary.

Please, I would need to know: ¿where are you from?, and ¿for what country you need the cement?.

I could not to go the factories without some specific matter.

Without more specific data they  will think that it isnt a serious possibility.
