In recent time I think one thing I have observed quite a lot that we try to work more on our way of presentaions in our introduction letters more rather then contant.

I think most important thing in our letter should be:-

1. Competency of my company

2. How my competancy can become competancy of my Buyer.

This will give buyer better idea of what to expect from us and he will be able to judge better if our company is what he want.
