  1. Invoice must clearly describe the product to be imported.
  2. Type Invoice and other documents including allowing space between lines for adding more information.
  3. Product in the invoice to match with the packing list that will accompany the goods.
  4. Invoice should shows all discounts and the net price.
  5. Avoid commingling products, use separate boxes whenever possible.
  6. Mark goods and boxes legibly with the Country of Origin.
  7. Comply with other government requirements, example, food and alcoholic beverages.
  8. Itemize cost of transpiration and insurance (Some countries do not assess duty)
  9. Provide Harmonized System codes at 6 digit level (additional digits if your country requires more than 6 digit codes)
  10. For product under quota – exporter to comply with the importing government and his government quota requirements.
