Sounds good, though I really don't understand why we don't have mango wine ourselves. The south of Mexico produce huge quantities of mango. - Let me investigate about market (customer perception) and importation. After all, learning how to make a good mango wine obviously is something you don't learn from one day to the other, so at least for the moment I can't count on national production.
