I am 11 years expearince in hotel business with littil backroung on Food 7 Baverage, my brother is creative designer and he is good inierior designer (he is working on the cart design now) ..my whife she has MBA /Accounting..

this my company...i am looking to have this project with cash of 10000$ to 12000$..I dunno how but i am sure that i can do it..

now i am working on three steps..

1- visipility study

2- Technical /design coffee cart .

3 - product knolage and coffee supply.

all that my 1st stage.. ..set seriously for it with on cup of double esspresso shot..then you will know how to do it..After i finish my visibility study i am welling to give u a copy then u give me 5% of your rearning ..just kidding

 Now it get more details :  the specification of what coffee that your potential buyer are ?

 Green Bean,  Baked beans, Wash-Clean beans , raw beans,  .

 Size of beans  ....., packaging ....special pack !? ....MC (moisture contents) etc 

 Graphic of peak and low season/trade ?  statistic of  these ....fluctuation  as it will decide

 the coffee business ( edible consume commodity ) which are very sensitive and elastic.

 without having support with a sustainable supply & contract order... which is coming from

 a reliable and credible links, then you may think over about your pledging in coffee !

 As a new comer, consider the competitor also !  this coffee bizniz is ancient trade, already

 very Tight and Competitively... too many involved party and the  Chartel/assoc also   

 another thing that you should be counting on !?  do not ever thing that you can go alone with your own lane/link ?
