It is terrible that you were scammed, and also taken for money you donate to help the earth quake sufferers!! but remember China is a Nuclear power now and the government doesnt care about the people, so people dont care about anything or anyone. Throwing money at them for relief will not help anyone, their government is to blame, they are the only body that can assit their people. But they wont, they are too greedy and uneducated!!

If they are a Gold Member Supplier Alibaba will not get involved.  Alibaba protects Gold Member Suppliers because they pay membership fees.  Open market for scammers.
