I cannot tell what you mean by not being a big company. How many phones do you want to buy at a time? If you buy 10-12 try aa wireless in los angels, they ship worldwide. Brightpoint, inc as they are in 21 countries. If you mean by not big as you want suppliers who do not require a business license of some kind then the only ones you'll find are scammers or middlemen who charge so much there will be no profit for you.
