TNT to Isreal good for price and takes one week by air     

Then we will have a general list of them.

This totally depend on the origin and destination of the goods one carrier who is offering cheaper rates from China to US does not necessarily to offer good rate for other routes like Germany to Dubai...


Therefore for a particular destination you have to search for carriers that have huge volume shipments to your chosen destination... I take you are in China so in my opinion HMM (Hyndai Merchant Marine) and your Local Carrier Cosco and Evergreen Marine would be way cheaper than other carriers..


APL ( American President Line ) is very reliable one but it is very expensive  so is Maersk.

you just list the shipping company that you've shipped before during your business, which that take the advantage of price from the local port to a destination.

     Elepack..?? you want  us to let audience know how to chose a service reasonable one?   your question is to narrow for a wide spectrum ?  anyway here the tips are :           1. URGENT  sample/cargo :  chose the High class Liner (regular svc. and fix schedule),  in such situation not the cost approach? but the time and safety to secure business.         2. Normal cargo :  As importer !  you are not in the position to deal with it... ask your supplier to offer a few services (quotation)  and  do comparison..before decide.                another  arrangement is ... make a few rate request to a few agents that got services from the country's port  (port of  origin)...then  this agent/liner to ship your goods.                           3. TIPS :  if  your import (inbound  cargo) are in big volume, then you can make a best deal bargain with the shipping coy (principal) that sailing to port/country that you are going to import.  We call it return traffic  or "Re-po" ..they need cargoes to return from destination to port of origin and  if  we already  pre-booking the space & container  even before the ship depart so ..they would love it ..., and give you discount rate (contract rate) as long as you  nominate them at your l/c or  you make a booking contract..! 

that is ok for all answers, people can learn a little from you relating to shipping.

The price for shipping company will vary as per the destinations.

i am importing from china.... to india. I have many options like yours...from DHL, TNL, Fedex and many are there. Lets take

example of mine.

This all are standard players in international market. they will provide you very good services, goods tracking and many more facility but charge you higher. I prefer local shipping company who have there offices in both the country (in my case, china and india both). as it will be easy to communicate and price will also be cheaper.

I suggest you to go to any local shipping company, with whom you can trust, they will offer you the best price. if possible ask to some of your friends who have already  doing business in same line or go to their shipping agents.

we are ICC International Cargo Care Poland. We red your question and we would like to give you our advise. The problem is allways the same, depends on the transit time you need. If you may accept 25 up to 28 days delivery for China to Poland that MSC i think is the moust agressive and cheep line I work with. If TT is important to you, than Cosco is the best but freight is not very easy to reduce.
