but I am very curious about other options when paying for small cost samples  .

Can  an international money order  from the USA be cashed in mainland china ?

can a deposit to bank of china New York be accessed in china ?

what about pay pal ? is this easy for China use ?

any other low cost ways to get money from USA to china with out having to pay western union 15.00 each time ?

Pay pal may popular accetable in HK China, but not mainland, very few people have the account of Paypal.

That is to pay by T/T,  but if value of the sample too low,  try to ask your supplier give you free for it, and said that you would pay for freight by supplying a courier account for it to be freight collect, so to avoid small amount payment from bank.
