I think the Letter of Credit is the safest payment method. Though you have to pay a little commission to Bank but it pays off!!

best one is DES ...
This is a term who is best for buyer .....
to know about DES .. you may check the google or any encyclopedia ...
Its the best payment term after L/C at sight.
In L/C at sight there are some risks for buyers.

I think T/T is the best method of payment because it give us full detail of supplier like address and his bank detail. No chance for cheating
