I'd like to get an opinion about chinese phones. Do they work in EUrope (Poland) are they good quality? Is there someone importing it to Europe?

Yes, mostly it will work in Europe if the network system is using GSM 900/1800.  I am an experience mobile phone wholesaler that is based in Hong Kong, and also a mobile phone sourcing agent  in China. According to my experience, the return service for China Phone will be around 10%.  It really depends on the manufactory.

If you want to directly import the China mobile phone to Europe (Poland), I suggest that you should find an experience, reliable and trustable company or sourcing agent that base in Hong Kong or China to help you find the reliable products in cheap price. 

If you diretly contact the manufactory, you need to place an order a large quantities of 500pcs ,1000pcs or more. Don't forget it is only one model. If you want to import different models but small quantities, you need to find a sourcing agent to help you to do the job or contact the local wholesaler in China. Remind you that those local wholesalers in China are not speaking English.  Even I do the mobile phone wholesale business in Hong Kong, I still have to set up the sourcing office in ShenZhen.

Also keep in mind that there are communication regulations in your country that the phone needs to pass or customs will seize your phones. You may need to pay import and certification fees. There is a lot more than buying the phones and having them shipped to your address.

Chinese phones can be used in every country and now the quality is not a problem

and the electronic industry develop so fast more and more people want to buy China
