Before deciding one of the multiple choices, I would contact the agent and inquire with them why is the order stopping. Prior to contacting the agent, please review your agreement with the agent. Then decide what to do.

For my part,
I will contact the agent and ask why if he will not reply i will contact the buyer and if the transaction prosper I will give the agent what is due for him since without him i will not know the buyer.
