I tried to help an American which was scammed by a company from Fujian province.But at last,police told me that i had to provide enough evidence,such original documents.And the victim has to come to China to cooperate with police.What would you say?

I can tell you the Cell phone model you mentioned,its price in China is higher than anywhere in the world.
You will be cheated if you think you could buy a S/E cellphone in China with an unbelievable low price

This seller is another scammer in the sense that all its brand name phones are cheap useless fakes. This includes even its CECT Chinese brand phone.
And, their phones are not lab certified as is mandatory for resale of their phones in all developed countries in which respect the human body absorbs radio waves which, if excessive, can cause health problems.
As usual, I strongly condemn Alibaba for knowingly advertising fake dangerous products to the world out of selfish greed for high Gold Member fees in circumstance where it is so easy for its computer software to filter out its m of fake brand name and uncertified electronic/electrical products by verification.
